Shipping & Delivery

Most items are in stock and ship same or next day.  If there is a delay, you will be notified.  Our primary shipping service is UPS Ground or UPS Home Delivery. Both are "ground" services that take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast.  At this time, M.R.S. OSHA Safety, Inc ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands

 

Privacy & Security

Information about our clients is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We do not share customer information.

 

Returns & Replacements

We guarantee our products; if an item hasn’t met your expectations, return for refund, 30 days from the invoice date.  Original purchase price only, shipping and handling is NOT refundable.  Downloadable items are not refundable.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept PayPal online payments.  You can pay using a credit card even if you do not have a PayPal account!  At the bottom of the PayPal payment screen you will see an area that says 'Don't have a PayPal Account?' Follow the link and you will be able to enter your credit card information without creating a PayPal account!

 

Sales Tax

We only collect sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in California.
